This two day interactive workshop will enable delegates to examine their management style and understand how this style affects their team. It introduces different styles and provides a range of management tools include delegation, prioritisation and giving feedback.
The workshop will use a range of different learning methods including questionnaires, group discussion and interactive exercises.
It is suited for those who have recently been promoted to a managerial role or those who are in a managerial role but who haven’t previously received training.
